As the new school year begins, Aerie Healthcare is here to serve as a resource if challenges arise. We offer both a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) designed to support adolescents facing mental health challenges.

What are PHPs and IOPs?

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP): A structured day program providing intensive therapeutic services while allowing adolescents to return home in the evening.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP): A flexible program offering therapeutic support during after-school hours, ideal for adolescents needing continued care while attending school.

Key Features of Our Program

• Group, Individual, and Family Therapy:  Comprehensive therapeutic services tailored to each adolescent's needs.

• Medication Management:  Professional medication oversight provided by on staff Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.

• Certified Learning Specialist:  Dedicated certified Special Education Teacher, ensuring that educational needs are met.

• Community Engagement:  Located in downtown Concord, our program includes opportunities to explore and engage with the local community.

Convenient Hours

• PHP: Monday to Friday, 9AM to 2AM

• IOP: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 3PM to 6PM

Is Aerie Healthcare Right for Your Teen?

Our program is designed for adolescents ages 13 to 18 who:

• Have recently visited the emergency department for safety reasons.

• Are stepping down from inpatient or residential treatment.

• Have been referred by their therapist, primary care provider, or school counselor.
